ABOUT ME:
My name is Sharon Robert.
I am a Freelance IT Trainer. I conduct Microsoft Office Application, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Publisher.I have 16 years of experience in delivering training and developing training modules for customers.My passion is conducting training.
During my Training-Free Days:
1. I do help out in Team Building.
2. I assist at Exhibitions as admin staff doing some clerical job such as registering customers and taking down attendance and calling up clients..
3. I do some acting in TV Dramas and Movies.

I am a Certified Smart-Green IT Trainer (2013).

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
LECTURER -SEPT 2010 - JAN 2012
BERJAYA UNIVERSITY OF HOSPITALITY, 11th Floor Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
I conduct Microsoft Application training(practical for students).
Semester per Semester(3 months course), One batch consisting of 30students, up to 5 batches.
  • Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
  • Microsoft Publisher
  • Introduction to HTML 
I set question papers for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access Practical Test which contributes to 20% to their final exam (Out of 100%).

I evaluate their presentation skill by giving them Powerpoint topics(eg: A Wedding Exhibition) and allow the students to get into groups and then presenting it to the class. Each individual is required to present. At the end of the presentation or during the presentation the rest of the class acts as the customer and asks many impromptu questions to the individual or group. By these one could evalute the leadership qualities, the creativity skills, the communication skills and the team player skillsets which will be brought into their working world once these students graduate.

PLANNER (Managerial), 2006 - 2007
TEXAS INSTRUMENT MALAYSIA SDN BHD Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia.
Receive predetermined work assignments with specific instructions. Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Interacts daily with subordinates and peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Provides immediate supervision to a unit (3people), assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit.

EDUCATION and TRAINING SPECIALISTS (Non-managerial), 1998 - 2006
MCSB SYSTEMS(M) BHD Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
I conducted trainings for customers, at our premises in Wisma Mirama as well as on-site. Created and customised coursewares. I can create an average of two solid courseware (manuals) in a week. I have attended and obtained a Cross-Cultural Communications Skills Upgrade Workshop, a 3 days course.

Merujuk kepada perkara di atas, saya bagi pihak Jabatan Bendahari ingin mengambil kesempatan ini untuk mengucapkan syabas dan ribuan terima kasih kepada pihak tuan dan juga kepada Cik Sharon Roberts, fasilitator bagi kursus Microsoft Excel 2007 [Analisa Kewangan] yang telah diadakan pada 23 Jun 2011 di Universiti Sains Malaysia, Pulau Pinang.

Berdasarkan kepada kemahiran dan pengetahuan luas Cik Sharon, beliau telah dapat mengendalikan kursus tersebut dengan penuh keyakinan dan telah berjaya menambahkan pengetahuan peserta-peserta seiringan ke arah untuk memantapkan lagi proses pengurusan kewangan di Jabatan Bendahari.
